Had a panic attack over packing your bag for a three-day trip?
Yeah, me too.
I used to walk around in circles, avoiding it, until suddenly it was super stressful. The reality is, it should only take 30 minutes to pack a bag, but because of everything swirling underneath, I couldn’t sit still long enough to focus. So I'd leave it to the last minute, and what should’ve been a simple, efficient task turned into a full-blown packing panic.

Sound familiar?
I coach a lot of high-achieving women, successful business owners, speakers, entrepreneurs, who are flying all over the world, presenting to hundreds or even thousands of people, running multi-million-dollar businesses... but when it comes to something as simple as packing, it becomes a huge mental block.
It’s crazy, right? The “packing panic” sets in, and suddenly we’re stressing over whether we’ve packed the right G-string.
AND … then ya get home, and you need to “unpack”.
Now that's a whole other story. There are 3types of “unpackers”
1. Immediately unpack, putting EVERY thing back into its place (including the suitcase, neatly packed away until next trip… (me hahahah - even if I walk through the doors at midnight, everything goes away. If it's after midnight, I do it first thing the next morning)
2. Dumps the bag … opens the lids and lives out of it until the next trip.
3. Dumps the bag, pretends it doesnt exist until your run outta undies and then need it for supplies, open it, moths fly out - you see a piece of clothing that reminds you of something, the brain starts reminiscing, then you find your self in the kitchen switching the kettle on for “another cup of tea”….
And the bag stays packed. The tea gets left to go cold on the bench, and you start unpacking the dishwasher. I'm curious and dying to know which one of you is you???
Tell me, tell me, tell meeeeeeee
