It’s time to put the week aside and join together to share some cacao.It’s time to STOP and take a BREATHER and reconnect with both yourself and some other like-minded women. Never been to a women’s circle before? Here’s what to expect:
A group of women ready to share without judgement
- A place to take your mask off and truly be yourself
- A feeling of “belonging” or “coming home”
- An open and safe forum to share whatever is on your mind
- A space to heal, grow and learn
- Discussions around topics that allow you to dig deep and have your own ah ha moments
- Meditation and grounding
- Laughter and sisterhood bonds
- Some light nibblies and cacao (a beautiful warm sweet cup of chocolate that is considered a heart opening medicine by the shamanic culture)
- Wear something comfortable and get ready to leave feeling inspired, empowered and with a full cup.If you have your favourite mug or cup feel free to bring it along
